How do I archive or restore a classlist?

In this article, we will cover how you can archive a classlist, and later restore it if you need too.

How to Archive a Classlist

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollments, you can archive a classlist. This action will archive all sections linked to this classlist, and students in this classlist, making it invisible to teachers, students and guardians.

Step 1:

Click the classlist you wish to archive.

Step 2:

Click the Edit button on the top.

Step 3:

Click the Archive button.

Step 4:

Confirm your action of archiving in the warning pop-up.

Assessment is not available on mobile.

How to Restore a Classlist

Step 1:

Toggle on the View Archived located on the left.

Any archived classlists will be highlighted in red.

Step 2:

Click the Restore button on the top-right.
