How can I contact Chalk?

To contact our Customer Care team, use our in-app live chat feature which is open Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm EST. Simply click on the Chat icon and one of our agents will be right with you!  

You can also email us at support@chalk.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours!

If you would like to contact us regarding company inquiries or other non-support related issues, please visit our main Contact Us page.

Start by opening the main menu by tapping on the menu icon in the top left corner.

Tap Settings and then Send Feedback. You may also select Live Chat from the main menu if you would like immediate assistance (between 8am-4pm EST Monday through Friday).

Tap on Send Feedback under the Help subsection. Then, choose Contact Support to create a support ticket, Live Chat to start chatting with a Chalk customer support agent (between 8am-4pm EST Monday through Friday), and My Open Support Tickets to see any open support tickets you have!
