How do I take a screenshot and send it through Live Chat support?

Chalk's live chat support is here to help, but sometimes we don't see exactly what you're seeing on your end. In order to help you better, it's often super helpful to send us a screenshot of your screen in order for us to fully understand what's happening. 

This is a quick guide on how to do so through live chat. 

Step 1:

Take a screenshot of your screen.

Step 2:

In the chat window, you can select the paperclip button to attach a file, or you can drag the screenshot from your desktop to the chat.
