How do I use the Task List?

The task list can be used to keep track of things that need to be accomplished outside of your daily lesson planning. It will function as a daily "to-do", so you can use it to remind you to do things such as collecting homework, planning lessons for x, y, and z, or any other miscellaneous tasks you want to remember.

Step 1: Navigate to the Tasks Tab

Tasks are found on the Day View of Planboard, next to the Calendar.

Step 2: Create a Task

Click on "Add New Task" to begin creating your Task List.

You can add additional tasks by pressing ENTER on the last task on the list.

Step 3: Delete a Task

To remove a task from your Task List, hover over the task you want deleted and click on the trash icon that appears to the right of the task.

Step 4: Clear Completed Items

You can label your tasks as completed by clicking on the check box to the left of the task.  You can clear multiple completed items by clicking on the "Clear Checked" button that appears when you have one or more tasks completed.
