How do I remove an account from an Institution or School?

This is part of our Chalk Solutions. You will not have this option if you are a free user.

This article will guide you on how to remove an account from an Institution to manage your users. 

Note: Keep in mind the implications this could have on data entered by the user. Click here for more important information on removing verses deactivating accounts within your institution. 

Step 1: 

Select the Users tab in the Admin Menu.

Step 2:

Assure you're on the teachers tab.

Step 3: 

Select the user in the list.

Step 4:

On the user profile, be sure to read the outcome of the actions you're choosing first. Then select the Remove button. 

Step 5:

In the pop-up, be sure to check the warning tags. Once you've agreed to the each section, select the Yes, Remove button. 

You're done! The user will now be able to access their Chalk account, but no longer have access to any of the Institution resources.
