If you've created your account through a single sign-on method such as Google, Office365, Apple or Schoology, you will need to set up a password for your account before you can unlink these authentication methods.
The password associated with your single sign-on method is not your account password, but if you have never manually created an account password you can do so by following the steps in this support article.
Visit the Forgot Password page to reset your password.
Enter the email address associated with your Chalk account. You will then receive an email with a one-time link to reset your password.
Note: If you are not sure which email is associated with your Chalk account, you can confirm this by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner of Chalk and selecting the Account Settings option.
Click the link in the email, as shown below. If clicking on the link redirects you back to your lesson planner, please log out of your account and click on the link again.
Enter and confirm the new password for your account. Click Save to continue.
Navigate back to your profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting the Account Settings option.
You should now be able to successfully unlink your single sign-on method using the buttons on the Account Settings page.
